Over 200 Euros converge in Las Vegas for an unforgettable weekend.
There was a lot of anticipation leading up to Wustefest this year. Would it live up to its hype? Are there going to be more cars this year?To test these questions, we took Project Silverstone on the event. After a weekend of Euros and fun, there is nothing but great things to say about Wustefest. Most Southern and Northern California enthusiasts met in Barstow, CA – the halfway point to Vegas. The NorCal guys showed up a little late but they also had twice as long as a drive!

Once in Barstow, it was nothing but a safe cruise to the Vegas strip. Most attendees stayed at Palace Station which also hosted the reception. The second day included a free BBQ at Black Sheep Performance and a drive to Mt. Charleston. This offered a great chance for drivers to check out other cars during the cruise. We even witnessed several people experience problems due to elevation changes which forced many cars into limp modes. the last day, a show n shine of over 250 cars blessed one of Vegas' newest spots, Town Square Mall. Sitting just south of the 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign, the location offered a great atmosphere for a people's choice judging and King of the Desert competition. For our full report, pick up the September issue of eurotuner. Also, a full gallery of the event will be posted in our event coverage section of the website in the coming days.
