If you're planning to attend the newly established Bimmerfest East event at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, MD, you might want to attend with some fellow BMW enthusiasts.
So how about caravanning to the event with the crew from Turner Motorsport from Amesbury, MA? They're leaving the TMS HQ on the Friday before the event begins and have several stops to make along the way, so you can join at any point.
The show itself is taking place on Saturday August 6th, 2011 at Ripken Stadium, 873 Long Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001. Entry is $20 per BMW to park in the show, $10 per person to walk in, kids under 12 are free.
As a Platinum Sponsor for the event, Turner Motorsport is taking several BMWs to display, including one of its Grand-Am M3 racecars, its Frozen Gray M3 and an E46 M3, plus several more. In addition Turner will have product demos, giveaways and models passing out free gear to attendees. Will Turner and several race team crew members will be on hand to answer questions about products, cars, performance, tuning and racing.
The Frozen Gray M3 will be leaving the Turner Motorsport headquarters at 9:00am on August 5th to head south to the show. The caravan will stop at four locations along the way to meet up with BMW owners heading to the show. Caravan participants will receive more giveaways along the route to mark their participation in the official Turner Caravan. There are also opportunities to explore several interesting stopover points along the way.
