If you're planning to watch coverage of the Grand-Am Rolex 24-hour race this weekend, you could also be contributing to a good cause.
That's because Racing4Resarch - a motorsport fundraising program developed by the Children's Tumor Foundation - has set up 24-hour Live Ustream coverage of the Rolex 24 at Daytona on Saturday, January 28.
The coverage will focus on the No. 4 eBay Motors/Children's Tumor Foundation/Racing4Research Porsche GT3, which is running in the 50th Anniversary running of the 24-hour classic with Magnus Racing. It's driven by Ryan Eversley, Justin Bell, Daniel Graeff and Ron Yarab.
Viewers of the coverage will see behind-the-scene views of the pit-crew, be able to engage with drivers and pit-crew through Ustream's social stream plus see exclusive interviews with drivers. You will also see interviews with the families that make up the Racing4Research foundation because the team will be joined by 250 kids affected by neurofibromatosis (and their families) for a day in the pits. Each kid will meet the racecar drivers, have their name on the car and be able to sign the car as well.
While watching, you can click to donate and watch all the action to benefit the Children's Tumor Foundation on Ustream.
