On the night before the Italian Grand Prix, Pirelli shot a video in Milan to celebrate the launch of its new P Zero Silver tire.
The event was recorded on video, with 30 professional dancers dressed as F1 drivers. They descend upon the Arco della Pace monument in Milan and danced to the sound of Fantasy by French artist Breakbot.
In the video, the dancers work their way through the underground trains, shocking passengers with their Stig-like outfits, before delighting tourists and locals in the center of Milan with their dance routine.
To create the video, Pirelli worked with choreographer Paola Ka, best known for her work with Prince.
Pirelli created the video as part of its Let's Dance campaign, which celebrates its involvement in the 2011 Formula One season.
The event also launched the new Pirelli P Zero Silver; a tire for high-performance road cars, forming part of Pirelli's acclaimed P Zero range.
The P Zero Silver will be available as a limited edition in spring 2012 and is built from the Italian firm's tradition of using the lessons learned in motorsport for the benefit of everyday motorists.
