After eagerly awaiting the arrival of DiRT Showdown at the end of this month, we’ve just learned that Codemasters has changed the delivery for North America to June 12, 2012. This will affect owners of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. However, the PC edition is unaffected and maintinas its digital release date of May 24. It will be available from Steam.

The revised date came after discussions with distribution partner Warner Bros who advised the move to June would provide a better release period for North American retail outlets.
